Babysitting Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by the Family
To reserve a booking, a $35 non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit secures your date and time and is applied toward the total cost of care.

If care is canceled at any time, the $35 deposit is non-refundable.

If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, the deposit will be retained and additional charges may apply depending on the length of the booking.

If the booking is canceled with more than 24 hours’ notice, no additional charges will be applied beyond the deposit.
Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

For longer or pre-scheduled bookings, partial payment may be required.
Rescheduling
Reschedule may be allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Illness & Emergencies
